Bitbon Purchase
1.
How can I activate a Certificate?
Answer:

To activate a Certificate, you should take the following actions:

  1. Go to the “Finances” section in your Bit Trade account and select the “Activate Certificate” page.
  2. On the “Activate Certificate” page, select an Assetbox to which Bitbons will be credited.
  3. Enter a Bitbon Certificate code and click on the “Activate” button.

The Bitbon amount, which corresponds to the nominal value of your Bitbon Certificate, will be automatically credited to the selected Assetbox

2.
What principle is used to calculate the current Bitbon price displayed on the “Quick Bitbon Purchase” page?
Answer:

The current Bitbon price displayed on the “Quick Bitbon Purchase” page in the “Buy Bitbon” section is the best market price available at a particular moment. The value of the current Bitbon price changes dynamically and corresponds to the price value of the last trading operation on the market. Thus, when creating a quick Bitbon purchase order, you will see the market price, which was recorded during execution of a previous trade.

3.
What is the minimum and maximum amount in USD that can be used to make a quick Bitbon purchase?
Answer:

The minimum permissible amount of funds to purchase Bitbons through the quick purchase service per one trade is 20 USD, and the maximum amount of funds to purchase Bitbons is 10,000 USD.

4.
Why can the Bitbon amount change at the moment of execution of a purchase transaction?
Answer:

Due to the increased demand for the Bitbon purchase, and due to the everyday execution of a large quantity of trading operations, the Bitbon market price can vary even during the quick purchase execution. Thus, during the order generation, the system automatically calculates an approximate amount of Bitbons after you have specified the purchase amount in USD. However, during the order execution, this approximate amount may change based on the exchange rate of Bitbon to USD (or to another trading instrument).

Also, during the quick purchase, the amount of available Bitbons in the price range of 3% above the bid price can be lower than the amount specified in your order. It means that, at that moment, the amount of Bitbons other Users offer for sale by counteroffers is not enough to fulfill your request to the full extent, and the quick purchase is made partially. In this case, the Bitbon amount, which is available on the market during the execution of your purchase order, will be credited to your Assetbox, while the rest of funds in USD, which were not used during the transaction, will be credited to your Main Balance. Please note that you can complete the quick Bitbon purchase even under these circumstances. To that end, you can use the special Quickbot service, which will help to automatically execute your order at the best market price.

5.
What Assetbox will purchased Bitbons be credited to?
Answer:

When creating an order for the quick Bitbon purchase, you will be provided with an opportunity to select from the list of all your Assetboxes the one to which purchased Bitbons will be credited. If you have only one Assetbox, the system will choose it automatically. If you make a purchase via the Quickbot service, your Bitbons will be credited to the Assetbox you have selected when generating a quick purchase order.

6.
What is the Quickbot service, and how does it function?
Answer:

Quickbot is a special trading system developed by our Company’s specialists, which allows you to quickly and conveniently purchase Bitbons in automatic mode at the best market price available at the time of order creation. Software algorithms of Quickbot allow monitoring trading activity on the Bit Trade Exchange and managing the pool of limit orders with a possible change of quotes in the book towards a better market price.

  • In what case is a Quickbot order created?
You can use the Quickbot service if your order for the quick Bitbon purchase has not been executed or has been partially executed. Such situation may occur if there are no counteroffers for sale in the price range of 3% above the bid price, or the amount of Bitbons, which is offered by other Users for sale and available in the order book in this price range, is not sufficient to fulfill your request to the full extent. In this case, you will be asked to place a Quickbot order to purchase Bitbons in the remaining amount. Please note that a Quickbot order can be created exclusively with your consent.
  • In what amount is a Quickbot order for the Bitbon purchase executed?
An order for the Bitbon purchase via the Quickbot service is created in the amount remaining after the quick purchase. However, the Bitbon purchase using a Quickbot order can be made in several parts depending on the available amount of Bitbons offered for sale in the order book.
  • At what price is a Quickbot order for the Bitbon purchase executed?
A Quickbot order for the Bitbon purchase is executed at the best market price available at the particular moment taking into account Quickbot orders for purchase created by other Users. The task of the trading system is to automatically change records towards a better market price in the order book. The Quickbot algorithm analyzes only executed transactions. Orders in the order book do not influence the Quickbot functioning. If the BITBON/USD trading activity is higher than the price of the order, which has been placed through the Quickbot system, the Quickbot algorithm begins to gradually change orders towards the prices at which transactions are executed. While previous Quickbot orders are executed in the order book, all subsequent orders are executed as well forming the current price of Bitbon. Thus, the current market price of Bitbon corresponds to the price of the last executed order.
  • What will happen to my open Quickbot order if the Bitbon price changes?
If the Bitbon price changes, your purchase will still be executed at the best market price; however, while an open Quickbot order is executed, the amount of purchased Bitbons can change due to the change in the market price of Bitbon. You can find up-to-date information about the current price of Bitbon purchase via the Quickbot service on the “Quickbot Orders” page.
  • What will happen to my Quickbot order if I make a partial Bitbon purchase?
If you make a partial purchase, the Bitbon amount purchased using a Quickbot order will be credited to your Assetbox. The amount of funds remaining from the total amount of the Quickbot order will be in this order until its execution.
  • Can I cancel an open Quickbot order or change its parameters?
Unfortunately, it is impossible to change parameters of an open Quickbot order. However, you can stop the execution of your order by clicking on the relevant button on the “Quickbot Orders” page. The unused funds in USD will be returned to your Main Balance, and Bitbons purchased by this order will remain in your Assetbox. Please note that you cannot resume a canceled order; to purchase Bitbons, you need to create a new order.
  • How can I monitor the process of Bitbon purchase using a Quickbot order?

After you create a Quickbot order, a new “Quickbot Orders” page will become available in the “Buy Bitbon” section. This page will display in real-time mode detailed information about execution of your orders and record the history of all your purchase orders executed via the Quickbot trading system.

Company Offer
1.
How can I use the Offer?
Answer:

In order to use our Offer and receive the corresponding Bonus, during its validity period, you should purchase Bitbons using any convenient method available on the Bit Trade Exchange website and keep them in your Main Balance until the end of this Offer observing the provisions of the Additional Offer Terms and Conditions.

2.
How can I receive the Bonus?
Answer:

In order to receive the Bonus, you must keep the total amount of Bitbons available in your Main Balance until the end of the Offer.

If you have no Bitbons in your Main Balance at the moment, you can receive the corresponding Bonus by purchasing and keeping Bitbons until the end of this Offer.

If you already had Bitbons in your Main Balance before the beginning of this Offer, you can receive the Bonus by purchasing Bitbons and keeping the total amount of Bitbons in your Assetboxes (i.e., Bitbons purchased during the validity period of this Offer and Bitbons, which you had earlier in your Main Balance) until the end of this Offer.

The Bonus will be credited automatically within 10 days after the end of the Offer.

Once the Bonus is credited, you can transfer it to the selected Assetbox within 90 days provided that you have complied with all provisions of the Additional Offer Terms and Conditions.

3.
What amount of purchased Bitbons will be taken into account when calculating the Bonus amount?
Answer:

When calculating the final Bonus amount, the difference between the Bitbon purchases and sales made during the validity period of the Offer is taken into account. This difference is a preliminary amount of Bitbons based on which the percentage of your Bonus will be calculated. If, during the validity period of the Offer, you make or accept transfers via the Bitbon Transfer Service, the difference between incoming and outgoing transfers will be additionally analyzed when calculating the Bonus.

If the Bitbon amount by incoming transfers exceeds or equals the Bitbon amount by outgoing transfers, it means that you have complied with all conditions of this Offer, and the preliminary amount of Bitbons used to calculate the Bonus does not change. If the Bitbon amount by incoming transfers is less than the Bitbon amount by outgoing transfers, this difference is subtracted from the preliminary amount of Bitbons that will be used to calculate the Bonus according to the provisions of the Additional Offer Terms and Conditions.

Example:

For the entire validity period of the Offer, you have purchased 100 Bitbons and sold 6.31 Bitbons. Then, via the Bitbon Transfer Service, you have transferred 180 Bitbons to another Bitbon System User (outgoing transfer) and received 396.31 Bitbons from another Bitbon System User by incoming transfer.

Thus, the difference between purchases and sales is as follows:
100 – 6.31 = 93.69 Bitbons

The difference between outgoing and incoming transfers is as follows:
180 – 396.31 = 216.31 Bitbons

As the Bitbon amount by incoming transfers exceeds the Bitbon amount by outgoing transfers, the preliminary amount of Bitbons used to calculate the percentage of the Bonus will be 93.69 Bitbons.

6.
For what purpose does the temporary commission in the amount of 10% exist for the sale of Bitbons, which the seller should pay in favor of Exchanges and their affiliate programs?
Answer:

As part of the global marketing strategy set forth in the Bitbon System White Paper, to achieve the maximum popularity and distribution of Bitbons in the world, Simcord has decided, before the launch of Contributing, to establish a 10% commission that the seller of Bitbons should pay in favor of the affiliate programs of the Exchanges, which are the Bitbon System Participants, at the level of the System and relations with these Exchanges. The purpose of this commission is to provide remuneration for disseminating information on the Bitbon System advantages. In this case, the commission for purchasing Bitbons will be set by each Exchange independently

We would like to once again focus your attention on the fact that, after Contributing starts, a temporary fixed commission of 10% on the Exchanges, which are the Bitbon System Participants, ceases. The commission will be set by each Exchange separately in its minimum sizes conditioned by the demand and supply of the market.

Security of Transfers in the Bitbon System
1.
How can I increase the security of Bitbon transfers, and how can I protect my Assetboxes?
Answer:

To increase the security of Bitbon transfers between the Bitbon System Users, our specialists have developed the additional BTSC functionality. The Bitbon Transfer Security Code is intended to ensure an additional level of protection and is used by the system to confirm the reliability of your transfers at the moment of their creation. This provides preservation and additional protection for your Bitbons stored in all your Assetboxes. To start using the BTSC, you should create the code and set its value on the “Security Settings” page in the “My Profile” section.

In the future, when initiating Bitbon transfers to other Users, you will need to specify the created BTSC as an additional confirmation of executed transactions. Accordingly, the use of the additional personal protection code will exclude the possibility of illegal access to Bitbons in your Assetboxes.

2.
What is the BTSC (Bitbon Transfer Security Code)?
Answer:

BTSC (Bitbon Transfer Security Code) is a protection code intended to ensure additional security of your Bitbon transfers.

When you create Bitbon transfers using the Bitbon Transfer service, the specified BTSC is used to confirm the transfer reliability. Please note that this code excludes the possibility of illegal access to Bitbons in your Assetboxes and increases the level of their protection.

3.
What is the protection code?
Answer:

Protection code is a parameter intended to ensure additional data security when making a transfer. This parameter is a set of digits in the amount from 3 to 10 characters. The protection code is specified by a sender and provided to a recipient in any convenient way taking into account all necessary security measures in order to prevent third parties from using this code. After entering the obtained protection code, a recipient will be able to accept your transfer.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
1.
How can I increase the security of my Bit Trade account?
Answer:

In order to increase the data security in your Bit Trade account, you can use the two-factor authentication service (2FA). Basically, two-factor authentication is a protection method that uses two verification layers (factors) to provide access to your Bit Trade account:

1st factor — Email and password;

2nd factor — temporary code, which only you know.

2FA ensures a high level of security, since in order to log in to your Bit Trade account, you will have to specify not only your login details (Email or phone number and password), but also a one-time temporary code, which is generated using the standard Google Authenticator app installed on your mobile device. Therefore, even if a hacker learns your password, he/she will not be able to access your personal details in the Bit Trade account without having access to your smartphone.

To increase the level of protection of your Bit Trade account as well as of your assets and personal information, turn on two-factor authentication (2FA). To that end, go to the “Security Settings” page in the “My Profile” section and follow the step-by-step 2FA instructions. After you turn on this function, in addition to Email and password, you will have to specify the temporary code created in Google Authenticator each time you log in to your Bit Trade account. To receive a temporary code, it is not necessary to have an Internet connection.

2.
What are secret key, temporary code and temporary password?
Answer:

The secret key is used when setting up two-factor authentication (2FA) in order to connect your Bit Trade account to the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device. During the initial set-up of 2FA, your account is connected to the Google Authenticator app by scanning a QR code or entering a secret key available in your Bit Trade account.

When turning on 2FA for your Bit Trade account, you will be asked to save a secret key, which will be displayed in a special field on the “Security Settings” page in the “My Profile” section. If you change or lose your device, this secret key will be required to connect your Bit Trade account to the Google Authenticator app on each new device.

Keep your secret key in a safe place and do not give it to third parties. If you lose your secret key and do not have access to Google Authenticator, you will have to turn off 2FA for your Bit Trade account.

Temporary code is a one-time six-digit verification code used to log in to the account, in which two-factor authentication (2FA) has been turned on, as well as when enabling and disabling this function. The temporary code is generated by the Google Authenticator app and is valid for 30 seconds.

Temporary password is a six-unit set of digits and characters, which the Customer receives by SMS or Email when restoring access to his/her Bit Trade account. The temporary password is valid for 24 hours after sending. Within this period, you must change it to a permanent password.

3.
When I try to log in to my Bit Trade account with turned on 2FA, an error message “Enter the correct temporary code. Please note that the temporary code is valid for 30 seconds” is displayed.
Answer:

If when logging in to your Bit Trade account with turned on two-factor authentication (2FA) you enter the temporary code, but then an error message “Enter the correct temporary code. Please note that the temporary code is valid for 30 seconds” appears, try synchronizing your app with the server. To that end, tap on three vertical dots in the upper right corner in your Google Authenticator app and select “Settings” > “Time correction for codes” > “Sync now”, then enter the generated temporary code on the Bit Trade website one more time. For more information, go to Google Help.

4.
How can I log in to my Bit Trade account if I lost my secret key and do not have access to my phone?
Answer:

If the Google Authenticator app has been deleted from your mobile device, or you do not have access to said device and you lost your secret key, you will have to turn off two-factor authentication (2FA).

To do this, you need to click the “Forgot?” hyperlink located next to the authorization form on the Bit Trade main page, which will open the page for restoring access to your Bit Trade account. In the drop-down list, you need to select “Turn off 2FA” from the available options and fill out the form for filing the relevant request.

For security reasons, within 24 hours after you create the request to turn off 2FA, an operator of our Customer Verification Service will contact you to make sure that you are the owner of the given account. Upon confirming all the details and turning off 2FA, you will be able to log in to your Bit Trade account using Email or phone number and password.
