Bit Trade provides legal entities with the service for accounting of purchase and sale of the Bitbon digital asset as intangible asset (IA).

To get full access to all Bit Trade services as a legal entity, you need to complete full registration as a representative of a legal entity, who has the right to act on behalf of an enterprise.

Once you are successfully verified as a natural person, you need to register as a legal entity by providing the copies of the supporting documents listed below.

List of the Necessary Supporting Documents
  1. Constitutional document.

    Such a document might be:

    • Articles of association of a company — a document that contains the information about various legal facts related to the company: founding members, enterprise’s registered office address, amount of the authorized capital, income distribution procedure, etc.

    • Foundation agreement — an agreement concluded between the founders of a legal entity when incorporating it.

    • Shareholders’ agreement — an agreement concluded between the shareholders of the already existing legal entity.

  2. Document that confirms registration of a legal entity.

    A certificate issued by an authorized body, extract or other official document that confirms registration of a legal entity and contains necessary information about such a legal entity (country and registration date, registration number and body that performed the registration, type of legal entity, name and registered office address, director or another authorized person, etc.).

  3. Document that confirms the registered office address or a similar document in a registration country.

    The registered office address is an address recorded in a registration document and/or in an extract from register of enterprises, institutions and organizations.

  4. Letter of appointment of the first director.

    A document that confirms the official appointment of the first director of an enterprise.

  5. Letter of appointment of director(s) and secretaries.

    An official document that lists appointed director(s) and secretaries of an enterprise.

  6. Document that confirms the legal status of a company when issuing the document and the absence of debt related to the payment of state duties.

    An official document issued by a trade register of a registration country. For example, a certificate of good standing (for legal entities that have been operating for over a year) endorsed with an Apostille.

  7. Document that verifies the identity and residential address of a director.

    Any document that confirms the identity and residential address in your country: national passport, birth certificate, utility bill, etc.

  8. Document that confirms the identity and residential address of a beneficiary (in case of more than one beneficiary, of everybody who holds more than 10% of a company’s shares).

You can provide the copies of the supporting documents in one of the following ways:

Send a request to the Customer Support with the subject “Legal Entity Registration” attaching the necessary supporting documents.

In addition, to purchase and/or sell the Bitbon digital asset, a legal entity must read the agreements provided by Bit Trade for cooperation:

If you need to conclude the agreement in printed form, send the appropriate request with the subject “Legal Entity Registration” to the Customer Support. Our specialists will contact you and help solve all issues.

If you need an additional legal document that confirms the transaction, we can provide the Services Delivery and Acceptance Certificate. The service fee for concluding the Certificate will be 1% of the transaction.
